Construction Rules:The ERS specific rules and regulations, especially the construction rules may vary and are in most cases more restrictive than the rules of the venue. Please take this into account when planning your stand and activities! More information under “Guidelines, Regulations, Construction Rules, Stand approvals”. |
Rigging Projects:Please make sure to check the availability of suspension points and the feasibility of your planned rigging project at a very early stage with the local supplier in order to avoid surprises in case your specific requirements should not be possible. Neither ERS/Interplan nor the venue can guarantee the feasibility of your project. Attention! If you plan a complex project with high weights, many motors and drops we strongly recommend to appoint a structural engineer to make sure your calculations are correct. Check details in the corresponding chapter in the guidlines in the Exhibitor Manual. |
Power supply:The indicated costs in the online shop include power consumption. Power is connected 1 hour before and disconnected 1 hour after the event. 24h power switchboards need to be hired to avoid power cuts after the show closes. It is possible that neighboring stands are supplied with technical connections from the floor opening / channels that is not on their booked space but on other exhibitors’ space, which is not always possible to prevent. If that should be the case, no price reduction can be claimed. Water supplyWater connections are supplied by the floor channels and can be ordered via the RAI online shop. In case you plan with a water connection we recommend a raised floor. Exhibitors/stand builders are not allowed to connect anything directly to Reed Messe Wien water supply. Please ensure that the positioning of the required equipment is marked on the grid provided on the relevant form in the online shop. Failure to do so will result in the equipment being positioned at the official contractors discretion and relocation will be charged with extra costs. |
The ERS plans their Congress in such a way that it has the lowest possible impact on the environment whilst meeting essential educational needs in respiratory medicine. This should be also reflected in the design of the stands and other industry activities during the congress. The ERS will monitor and award these initiatives. Please check comprehensive information here. Please hand in this form to alexandre.delage@ersnet.org.
The organiser is only responsible for the general cleaning of the exhibition hall (aisles and public areas) during the meeting, not for the exhibition stand.
Every exhibitor will be charged with an obligatory flat fee for normal waste disposal during the set-up and dismantling time. Additional waste like disposal of the wooden floor bulky construction material must be ordered at the venues online shop.
The organiser does not allow the exhibitor to put any waste in the aisles during the exhibition opening hours.
Prior to the opening of the exhibition and at the end of each day, the corridors in the exhibition hall will be cleaned. If exhibitors require stand cleaning or waste disposal after the set-up of the stand and during the event, please order this service via the webshop.
The ordered shell scheme stands and equipment will be dismantled from the beginning of dismantling Tuesday 30 September 17:00 on, please make sure to take your valuables with you.
