Constructor Badges
To keep RAI Amsterdam safe for everyone, the RAI has established several safety rules for visitors. One safety rule is that every visitor (transporter, builder, exhibitor) must be in possession of a valid entry badge.
Obligation to register
Each transporter, stand builder and exhibitor that visits the RAI must be in possession of a valid badge during build-up and breakdown.
You can register the constructor badges here.
After registration, you will receive an email with pick up information and barcode. Badges are issued via badge kiosks located at the various entrances of the RAI. In addition to visitor details, the badge also contains a barcode that can be used by the visitor to exit the parking garage free of charge.
Note: Registration for a badge can also be done on site, but may involve a waiting time.
More information
If you have any questions about the build-up and breakdown badges, please contact RAI Security via badgecentre@rai.nl.
Or have a look at the RAI website https://www.rai.nl/en/safe-and-hospitable-events
Registration onsite or in need of Safety shoes or Helmets?
This can be arranged at the Hospitality Crew Centre (HCC).
Safety gear can be ordered vie the RAI online shop here.
The floor plan shows you exactly where the HCC is – shoes and helmets come with a charge.
