| Tuesday, 30 September 2025 | 08:00 – 17:00 For stand personnel, the exhibition area will be open 1 hours before the official opening (07:00 am) and close at 19:30 pm from Sunday – Tuesday. Attention! The access to the exhibition hall prior and after the official opening times is only possible with an exhibitor badge. In case someone of your staff has a delegate registration but needs to get to the booth at the before mentioned times, this is only possible provided she/he can prove (e.g. via Business Card) to belong to an exhibiting company. |

| Tuesday, 30 September 2025 | 17:00 – end of exhibition 17:30 – 18:00 Carpet will be removed, exhibitors can start light dismantling on the booth. 18:00 – 22:00 Empties will be delivered with fork lifts, cherry pickers enter, heavy dismantling. light dismantling* from 17:00, no heavy machinery until approx. 19:00. |
